This project is a new 1.8 million sq ft. multi-purpose entertainment and sports facility. The new baseball field has a capacity of 40,000 seats. The seven floors of the structure include multiple concourses, restaurants, clubs, retail areas, office spaces, and broadcast areas in addition to baseball operations and clubhouses.
